The Season of Innocence

I combed through my archives of portraits - hundreds of babies, toddlers and teens - to find an image of innocence. I selected these twins that were entrusted to me to photograph as they celebrated their one week birthday. Barely unfurled and uncurled after nine months of holding each other, they are, to me, the essence of innocence.

As we head into a new season - full of joy, anticipation, resolutions, memories and reckonings, remember how we all started - as simple human beings with simple needs and purposes.

Rexon Photo wishes you simpler times and peace of mind in the upcoming year. Relive a great memory from childhood. Go back to a time when all we needed was a big puddle in the middle of the woods and a stick to cast out into it to grab a huge bounty of leaves and dreams.
